APPETIZERS 

NACHOS  8  Chili, jalapenos, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, bacon, diced tomatoes & scallions with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

STEAK & CHEESE EGG ROLLS  9  Filled with beef, cheddar cheese sauce and caramelized onions, golden-fried and served with cheddar cheese dipping sauce. 

MCGEE’S MINI BURGERS*  8  Our same famous burger recipe in three mini patties, served on soft potato rolls with American cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and topped with fried onion rings. 

MCGEE’S CLASSIC WINGS  9  Ten per order served with vegetable sticks and house made bleu cheese dressing.  Your choice of Hot ‘n Spicy, Teriyaki or Sweet & Tangy BBQ Sauce. 

FILET MIGNON & MOZZARELLA BRUSCHETTA*  11  Garlic parmesan toasted ciabatta bread topped with thin-sliced and grilled filet, buffalo mozzarella, diced tomatoes and fresh basil then drizzled with a balsamic reduction.

CRAB & ARTICHOKE DIP  10  Creamy blend of jumbo lump crab meat, fresh spinach and chopped artichoke hearts, topped with parmesan cheese and broiled.  Served with tortilla chips and vegetable sticks. 

CLASSIC CHICKEN QUESADILLA  11  Jumbo tortilla loaded with grilled chicken, tomatoes, bacon, onions, jalapenos, cheddar & Monterey Jack cheeses. Served with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.

HERB CHICKEN & GREENS  12  Herb-roasted chicken over mixed greens with fresh sliced mozzarella, roasted red bell peppers, crispy pancetta, fresh basil, tomato and red onion with a balsamic reduction and a side of roasted garlic red wine vinaigrette

SESAME SALAD  7  Brushed with teriyaki glaze and grilled,over mixed greens with Mandarin orange salsa, bell peppers, scallions, crispynoodles and sesame seeds. 

SHOOTER’S CHOP SALAD  8  A dinner version of our house salad!  Mixed greens topped with bacon, spiced glazedwalnuts, dried cranberries, aged bleu cheese crumbles, red onion slices, diced tomatoes,cucumbers and house-made croutons with your choice of dressing.

CAESAR SALAD  8  Crisp romaine lettuce tossed withRoman Caesar dressing, topped with herbcroutons and parmesan cheese.

SHOOTER’S SIGNATURE HOUSE SALAD  5  Mixed greens topped with bacon, spiced glazed walnuts, dried cranberries, red onion slices, diced tomatoes, cucumbers and house-made croutons with you choice of dressing. 

Dressings:  Spicy Ranch, Country Dijon, Roasted Garlic Red Wine Vinaigrette, 1000 Island, House-made Bleu Cheese (add 50¢), Oil & Vinegar, Roman Caesar

All burgers can be plated over a green garden salad for a low-carb setting ($1.00)

LOADED*  10  Our basic burger loaded with your choice of up to three toppings.  Additional toppings are extra.

VEGGIE BURGER  9  Topped with caramelized onions and smoked provolone cheese      

REUBEN  9  Sliced corned beef and pastrami, piled high on marble rye bread with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and 1000 Island dressing. 

BISTRO STEAK & CHEESE  11  Slow-braised short ribs, shredded and simmered in an onion au jus, topped with a smoked Gouda and roasted shallot cheese sauce and sautéed bell peppers with a hot pepper mayo on a sub roll. 

CALIFORNIA CLUB SANDWICH  9 Grilled marinated chicken, ham, bacon, Swiss & provolone cheese, avocado spread, lettuce, tomato and mayo piled high on a triple-decker sandwich and cut into quarters. 

COBB WRAP  9  Shredded herb-roasted chicken, avocado, bacon, roasted red bell pepper, bleu cheese crumbles, lettuce, tomato, red onion with an herb mayo wrapped in a flour tortilla. 

INSIDE-OUT PIZZA SANDWICH  9  Thick-sliced fresh mozzarella, hand cut pepperoni, marinara,sautéed bell pepper & onion, broiled and finished with fresh basil on our “pizza” bread

FILET MIGNON KAISER 11  Char-grilled filet topped with caramelized onions, mushrooms and melted provolone cheese on a Kaiser roll.

TILAPIA CIABATTA  10  Lightly blackened Tilapia fillet pan-seared and topped with a Mandarin orange salsa, crispy pancetta, watercress greens and an herb mayo on a toasted ciabatta roll.

BARBEQUE RIBS*  14 (half)  20 (fullMCGee’s award-winning pork ribs cooked for eight hours, char-grilled and smothered with our house BBQ sauce.  Served with French fries and a choice of baked beans, cole slaw or mac-n-cheese. 

MARINATED RIB-EYE*  20  Hand-cut marinated rib-eye grilled and finished with a tomato-horseradish sauce and topped with sautéed onions.Served with your choice of potato and sautéed vegetables.

MEATLOAF “STROGANOFF”*  14  Our house-made meatloaf served over fluffy egg noodles tossed with sautéed mushrooms and onions with a traditional stroganoff sauce.

NEW YORK STRIP WITH SMOKED GOUDA SAUCE*  20  Hand-cut New York Strip lightly seasoned with our house steak rub and grilled, finished with a smoked Gouda cheese sauce and topped with sautéed wild mushrooms.  Served with your choice of potato and sautéed vegetables. 

BEEF SHORT RIB MAC-N-CHEESE*  19  Slow-braised boneless beef short ribs, finished with caramelized onion gravy, served over gruyere & roasted shallot mac-n-cheese with a side of sautéed vegetables. 

SALMON WITH WATERCRESS CREAM & WILD MUSHROOMS*  19  Bourbon-marinated grilled salmon fillet, finished with a watercress cream and topped with wild mushrooms.  Served with your choice of potato and sautéed vegetables.

ROASTED CHICKEN POT PIE*  14  Herb-roasted chicken pulled and slow simmered with root vegetables in a creamy mushroom sauce, baked with a crispy pie crust and served with a small green salad.

CLASSIC CREOLE JAMBALAYA*  17  Rich and meaty Creole jambalaya with chicken, shrimp, andouille sausage, peppers, onions, celery, tomatoes, Creole seasoning, slow- simmered and served with rice

BLACKENED CHICKEN PASTA*  14  Pan-seared chicken breast in a rich Cajun cream sauce with tomatoes and scallions over a bed of linguini. 

STRAWBERRY-BALSAMIC PORK TENDERLOIN*  16  Twin pork tenderloin chops, grilled and brushed with a strawberry-balsamic “BBQ” glaze and finished with spiced walnuts.  Served with garlic whipped potatoes and sautéed vegetables. 

FISH & CHIPS*  14  Twin cod fillets, battered with Panko bread crumbs, flash-fried until golden and served with tartar sauce and French fries.
